Art therapy can be beneficial for people at all stages of life. Ashley provides both clinical and non-clinical workshops tailored to your needs. In these 3-4 hour workshops, participants produce art pieces centered around a specific theme while sharing their experiences. Topics may cover insight development, goal setting, self-expression, and emotional exploration through art. These workshops are designed for adults, whether are in therapy or not, who want to express themselves in a more comfortable environment.
